ALL CHAMBERS MIXER HELD AT WASTE MANAGEMENT’S
Antelope Valley LANDFILL IN PALMDALE
Palmdale, CA, September 25, 2007 – Waste Management is hosting the All Chambers Mixer at the Palmdale Landfill on Thursday, September 27th from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The theme for this year’s event is “Think Green” and Waste Management is inviting the community to join the Mixer to learn more about the landfill operations and WM’s active role in the AV community. Tickets to the event are only $5.00 per person.
“Our Waste Management family is excited to have friends, neighbors and, especially the business community, as our guests,” said Bill Minnis, Director of Operations for Waste Management. “We will have a great food and entertainment with special guests from Pepperdine University.”
The hosting Chambers of Commerce are the Antelope Valley Chambers of Commerce, Antelope Valley Hispanic Chamber, Palmdale Chamber and the Quartz Hill Chamber. Also in attendance will be representatives from the LA County Illegal Dumping Task Force to answer questions and provide information about the group’s clean up efforts.
